Attendees can book directly to the hotel at the same rate.

We selected four hotels that offer the reasonable and discounted prices for the delegates of ATC-10 from Sep. 6 to 10, 2009 for four (4) nights. The selected four hotels are located nicely near to the venues and Ueda JR station in the walking distance. You can check the distance of the hotels from the venue on the map below..

Official Hotels

The hotels' official check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subjected to availability. Additional charges will apply for guaranteed early check-in or late check-out.

All hotels require guarantee by the credit card of the guests for the reservation. Please note that payment should be done to the hotel directly by the credit card or cash. If you make no-show at the hotel on the day reserved without any notifications, the penalty of one(1) night's accommodation fee will be charged to your indicated credit card by the hotel, or Prima Tours, Inc., Osaka, Japan.
Please cancel two days before the day of arrival avoiding the penalty. Note that cancellation message by e-mail to Prima Tours, Inc., not to the hotels directly will be accepted. All reservation must be made through the following form for the hotel reservation and must be made after the registration. Please make the registration firstly. Room will be assigned on a first-come, first-served, space available basis.
