For a general presentation each author has 20 minutes for their presentation.
Within the presentation time contains approximately 3 minutes questions and answers time.
Each meeting room is equipped with a LCD projector.
Please set up your computer before your session will start.

There are poster session on Sept. 8 and 9. Presenter should set up their posters from 10:00 to 12:00 on Sept. 8. Presenters also have to dismantle their posters by 15:00 on Sept. 9. If a poster is not removed by 17:00 on Sept. 9 , we will assume that the presenter wants the poster material discarded.

Poster size for General session at gymnasium: height 180cm × width 120 cm
Poster size for Special session at auditorium: height 120cm × width 90 cm

The posters are displayed inside auditorium and gymnasium on Sept. 8 and 9. Posters should be tacked to the poster board (Thumbtack will be supplied from the conference). Each poster board is marked with the number assigned to each abstract.
