If you are from a country whose nationals require a visa to enter Japan, you will need to apply for a visa well in advance. The application should be applied at your nearest Japanese Consulate in your country.

The attendees who need the support for your visa applications should send your information to Secretariat for ATC-10 on the website, Visa Support.
Note that the password which is sent by e-mail as a result of registration is needed to enter the web, Visa Support..

1. Name on Passport (For Chinese nationals, Chinese characters & pinyin)
2. Nationality
3. Sex
4. Occupation/Affiliation/Position (For Chinese nationals, Chinese characters & pinyin)
5. Date of birth (year/month/day)
6. Flight schedule, whole travel schedule from your city to Ueda, Japan and accommodation in Japan (Please fill the necessary contents in the appropreate spaces)

Important Note : If you are a Chinese national, please write your name by Chinese Characters too in the appropriate space. This information is a MUST. After receiving the above information, we will create some important documents to be used for your visa application and send them to you. Therefore, please do NOT forget to include your mailing address. After you have received the documents we send to you, you will be asked to apply for a visa by yourself. Please note that you can apply for a visa support only AFTER registration and payment for ATC-10 have been received.
