• Prepare presentation materials with Power Point.
• Bring your own PC.(Laptop (Win or Mac) with MiniDsub 15pin plug)
• Please bring backup of your presentation data (USB flash memory)
• If you like to bring your presentation data only, we can prepare PC(Win) for you.

Poster board size is 90cm (Width) × 210cm (Height)
Pushpins and poster No. sheets are provided at the conference site.

If you are from a country whose national require a visa of Japan to enter Japan, you will need to apply for a visa well at your nearest Japanese Consulate in your country in advance.
