Only the credit card payment on the web is acceptable for the conference.

Cancellation Policy
Presenters
Please note no refunds will be given for cancellations by presenters. However ATC-16 will
reimburse the registration fee as a result of an acceptance of paper being canceled by the
ATC-16 program committee.
Participants(Non-presenters)
Until June 27 at 23:59 (UTC+9), cancellation is accepted by writing to the ATC-16
Secretariat to obtain refunds for registration. Please note that refunds will not be made for
cancellations received on and after June 28, 2022
