Guidelines

Presentation Application

All applications for presentations must be submitted online with the following contents.

・Presentation title
・Desired session
・Desired presentation type
・Word abstract (up to 1500 characters (200 words))
・Keywords (up to six keywords)
・Email address and affiliations of all authors

The session and presentation style may be changed from those requested by the applicant, although we will do our best to accommodate the request.

Deadline for presentation application:
Tuesday, 30 April, 2024 Monday, 13 May, 2024 Friday, 31 May, 2024
Sunday, 30 June, 2024

Abstract Submission

・All abstracts must be submitted online after paying the registration fee.
・Abstract should be written in English within one page of A4 paper.
・The author should upload a PDF file using the template provided with title, abstract, a list of keywords, and full contact information (names, affiliations, and addresses of all authors; e-mail address of the corresponding author). In case of co-authorship, the corresponding author should be identified by asterisk (*).
・Please avoid setting up the user/master passwords in the PDF file. A PDF file must be smaller than 1 MByte.
