Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentations
・Each presenter except plenary and invited speakers will have 20 minutes, including 15 min for presentation, 4 min for Q&A, and 1 min for alternation.
・LCD projectors are available at each venue.
・Presenters are requested to bring their own PCs.
・LCD projector and PC are connected via an HDMI cable or a mini D-Sub 15-pin cable.
・Please bring a USB stick with your presentation data on it in case of computer trouble.
Poster Presentations
・Please display your poster on a poster board of size: 35.4 inch (90 cm) <Width> × 82.6 inch (210 cm) <Height>.
A0 portrait size is recommended for posters.
・Pushpins to mount your poster on the board and a poster number plate are provided by the congress.
・"Excellent Poster Presentation Awards" for young scientists including students are planned.
